Note: Orders with multiple items will have a different processing period for each item.

Before shipping the items, our staff will carry out a thorough inspection on the products you have ordered. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time will be between 3-7 days.

Returns

The stock is dynamic and we cannot fully manage it because of the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. Please be aware it's possible your order could become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
